TYDE’s Coming In to Revere Beach

Chef Greg Reeves and restaurateur Michael Aldi have announced their upcoming project, TYDE, which will debut this summer at the Ryder project, a new oceanfront apartment community right on Revere Beach. Joining Aldi’s other two area restaurants, Dryft and Fine Line, TYDE will feature both indoor and outdoor dining with a four-season lounge overlooking the boardwalk by way of floor-to-ceiling garage doors for summertime beachfront dining within easy reach of the city.

Reeves, who’s the chef-owner of Viale in Cambridge, has spent decades developing his craft working his way through about every station in the kitchen under some of the city’s most talented chefs (at spots like 29 Newbury, Aquitaine, B&G Oysters, The Butcher Shop and Pier 6). His menu at TYDE will feature fresh, locally-sourced ingredients like dry aged beef and fresh-caught seafood. Like its sister restaurants, TYDE will feature Ryde The Waves beer, a pale ale created specifically for Ryder by BearMoose Brewery owner and master brewer Andrew Gilman.

Just steps away from the Beachmont stop on the Blue Line, TYDE is expected to open over the summer. While you wait for you new beachside destination to debut, check out all the goings on on the Ryder website or keep an eye on Insta so you don’t miss anything.
