The PAGU Provisions Club (starting at $80 a month), offers a revolving box of pantry goods including a meal kit for 2 or 4 (with instructions from the pros for at-home prep). Recent boxes have included some of Chang’s greatest hits including her matcha cookie dough, miso black cod, pork belly boa kit and umami XO chili sauce.
