Eventide may be known for their freshly shucked oysters and signature brown butter lobster rolls but it turns out the team at the Fenway spot is just as skilled when it comes to burgers and wings. The folks at Big Tree Hospitality, which operates the Fenway outpost in addition to the original Eventide, the Honey Paw and Hugo’s in Portland, Maine, is hosting an extended ghost kitchen pop up, XO Burger & Wings, featuring a menu of crushable Americana for takeout and delivery only.
The starting menu includes an array of burgers and wings that’ll tug on your comfort food heartstrings — like the XO burger, topped with banana peppers, smoked cheddar and XO sauce, and maggi wings drenched with smoked butter, fried garlic and the one-and-only maggi seasoning. There are salads (caesars, wedges and greek) as well as sides (fries and Frank’s RedHot puffs) and sweets (cookies and fried hand pies) so you’ll find something to satisfy just about any hankering you might have.
