Brookline pizza lovers, get ready to fill your evenings (and your bellies) with wood-fired pies from Prairie Fire – the Coolidge Corner eatery has re-opened for take-out and delivery.

Peruse their welcome back menu and start mapping out your meal – maybe some chips and dip or some wood-fired ricotta toast to start, followed by a fennel and sausage pizza or some hand-rolled sourdough rigatoni with squash, pumpkin seed pesto, burrata and roasted chestnuts. Go for the ultimate comfort food and get roasted chicken or get your veggies in with a smattering of sides like roasted cauliflower or winter squash. Prairie Fire will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00-9:00pm. You can order take-out here if you can swing by and pick it up or see if you’re within delivery range here and have them bring your goodies right to you.
