Pizza & More from Brookline’s Prairie Fire

Prairie Fire

Brookline pizza lovers, get ready to fill your evenings (and your bellies) with wood-fired pies from Prairie Fire – the Coolidge Corner eatery has re-opened for take-out and delivery.

Peruse their welcome back menu and start mapping out your meal – maybe some chips and dip or some wood-fired ricotta toast to start, followed by a fennel and sausage pizza or some hand-rolled sourdough rigatoni with squash, pumpkin seed pesto, burrata and roasted chestnuts. Go for the ultimate comfort food and get roasted chicken or get your veggies in with a smattering of sides like roasted cauliflower or winter squash. Whatever you’re in the mood for, just save room for dessert cause there’s Nutella mousse. Nutella. Mousse.

Prairie Fire will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00-9:00pm. You can order take-out here if you can swing by and pick it up or see if you’re within delivery range here and have them bring your goodies right to you.
