It’s official! As of Thursday, November 12th, Bianca is open for business at The Street in Chestnut Hill. The highly anticipated restaurant from acclaimed restaurateurs Nancy and Tim Cushman (of o ya and Hojoko) was originally set to open in March but good things come to those who wait – good things like wood-fired pizzas, house made pastas, crispy nori sushi tacos and lots of creative cocktails.

Conceived as a casual neighborhood spot, Bianca aims to accommodate – whether you’re looking for a date night destination, a nearby go-to for family dinner or a place to pick up weeknight take-out, they’ve got you covered. To start, they’re be open from 4:00-9:00pm Wednesday through Saturday and 4:00-8:00pm on Sunday with weekend brunch in the works (likely before the holidays).

Bianca has full-service, socially distanced indoor dining, and seating on two outdoor dining patios – a full service patio with umbrellas and heaters on the Boylston Street side of the building as well as a quick-service patio on the pond-facing at rear side of the building. They’ve also got private dining rooms for cozy gatherings of up to ten guests, too if you’ve got special occasions on the horizon.
