Restaurant industry veteran and acclaimed chef Brian Poe might not be back in the kitchen just yet (Tip Tap Room on Beacon Hill and Back Bay’s Parish Café are still closed for the time being) but his culinary spirit is alive and kicking and he’s come up with an innovative way to support his amazing suppliers. For his latest venture he’s launched the Crane River Cheese Club, a high-quality chef-curated grocery delivery service location on the North Shore.

Crane River Cheese Club provides all locally-sourced goods from high end meats and wild game, varieties of deli meats and cheese, fresh seafood and other specialty farm fresh goodies in Essex and Middlesex counties. Crane River’s namesake item and fan favorite, the Cheese Club Kit, features New England farm varieties of cheeses curated by chef Poe and includes detailed tasting notes and pairing suggestions. And if you’re on the hunt for specific items, chef Poe will find the product and deliver it personally, with deliveries beginning at 8:00am alongside his adorable beagle, Salty.
