The Cuckoo’s Nest, named after a Tex Mex restaurant that occupied the iconic Davis Square spot for a brief stint back in the day, is an Oatmeal Stout brewed with lactose and oats and aged for four months in Rosebud’s Single Barrel Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel.

This deliciously decadent and creamy ale, has rich notes of dark chocolate, oaky vanilla and nutty caramel. Get your hands on this specialty beer exclusively at Rosebud and the Alpine Restaurant Group locations (The Painted Burro, Posto, Burro Bar – Brookline, and Osteria Posto).
