The folks at Summer Shack are adding a little dose of sumptuousness to a comfort food fave with their Lobster Pot Pies, now available for take-out, delivery and shipping anywhere in the US. The nine-inch pies, which can feed 4-6 people, combine all the usual pot pie suspects (potatoes, carrots, dry sherry, heavy cream, peas, shallots, garlic and thyme) with a pound (a pound!) of succulent lobster meat in a buttery puff pastry. Fill your freezer or send one to someone you know who could use some flaky crusted goodness. The pies cost $60 each and come with complete baking instructions.
