Sit back and sip some tea (or bubbles or tea infused cocktails, if that’s more your thing) while you take in scenic views of the harbor from the Rowes Wharf Sea Grill. The Boston Harbor Hotel’s signature restaurant has revived the grand old tradition with an autumnal array of sweets, savories and, of course, teas, tea-tails and lots of wine and bubbly. The new menu showcases all the flavors of fall with petit tea sandwiches and pastries including treats like maple smoked salmon with boursin cheese and roasted pear on white bread, spiced pumpkin tartlets with crispy wild mushroom, maple walnut meringues and caramel apple chouquettes.
The exquisite spread, available daily from 2:30-4:30pm, costs $50 per person (or $60 with one glass of sparkling rosé, OR you can take it to the next level and add a whole bottle of bubbles). Tables are limited, so book your table online for an elegant (and tasty) afternoon respite.
