Brian Samuels for The Dial at 907 Main

After much anticipation and a few unforeseen delays (you know the ones), The Dial is now open in Central Square, serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Located within the 907 Main hotel, the restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining, both of which have been adjusted to allow for socially-distant seating. Al fresco diners can snag a spot out by the Container Bar, a refurbished shipping container complete with all bar essentials and outfitted with original painting from local artist, Destiny Palmer.

The menu from chef Justin Urso (formerly of Catalyst, L’Espalier and Sel de la Terre) features globally inspired snacks, small plates, noodles and mains including dishes like Jerk Quail with mango puree and jicama pineapple slaw and Moqueca, a Brazilian shellfish stew with pan-seared scallops, rock shrimp, jasmine rice, paprika coconut broth and cassava chips. There’ll also be plenty of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options too (so no need to worry if you’ve got dietary restrictions).

You can get a sense of all their culinary offerings online here so take a peek and start planning a visit to this Cambridge newcomer. The Dial is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30am-2:30pm; for dinner daily from 5:00-10:00pm (11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays) and for brunch on Sundays from
11:00am – 3:00pm. Call 617.349.2967 to book your table.
