Chef David Bazirgan is launching his Weekend BBQ Burger Kits just in time for the holiday weekend so all you’ll have to do is fire up the grill and crack open a beer or a bottle of wine (or any beverage you want). Available for online ordering and Saturday picking up (between 1:00 and 3:00pm), the single-serving kits cost $20 each and come with a dry-aged burger, one of Martin’s potato rolls, lettuce, tomato, pickles, harissa aioli, housemade chips, pasta salad, tomato & watermelon salad, and chocolate chip cookies. Get a head count, pick up some charcoal and reserve your kit(s) online here (where you can also add beer and cocktails) before Thursday at 6:00pm for this weekend, the holiday weekend or any weekend you want.
