After a tiny pause and little revamping, Catalyst is reopening on Monday, August 17th. While a few things are different — they’ve expanded the patio, rearranged the dining room for socially distant dining and added a medically graded air filtration system — chef-owner William Kovel and team have stayed true to their passion for fresh, simple flavors and locally-sourced ingredients. Just take a peek at their brand new prix fixe menu (below). For $55 per person, you can mix and match your ideal dishes to create the perfect meal from possibilities like lobster rangoons with scallions and orange dipping sauce, squid ink cavatelli with shrimp, artichoke, capers, clams and saffron butter and a brownie sundae for dessert.
Catalyst will be open Monday through Friday, serving their new three course prix-fixe dinner menu (from 5:00-8:00pm) as well as an a la carte lunch menu (from 11:00am-2:30pm). They’ll also be offering take-out so you can enjoy your meal at home, al fresco on their spacious new patio or in their reconfigured dining room.
