The Beehive welcomes chef Ryan Skeen to their subterranean South End kitchen as the new Executive Chef. Skeen, who comes to Boston from the Big Apple, has a pretty packed resume with stints at Eleven Madison Park and key positions under chefs and restaurateurs like Daniel Boulud, Jean George Vongerichten, Daniel Patterson, Rocco DiSpirito, and Andrew Carmellini. He brings all this experience to the popular bohemian bistro which is currently open for indoor and outdoor dining, and had just revived their live music program. Head over to check out Skeen’s new menu in the dining room or on the patio and maybe catch some tunes while you’re at it.
