Chef Robert Harris of Season to Taste Catering and Season To Go take-out service has unveiled a new concept in the space that until recently housed The Table at Season to Taste. The new concept, called just plain old Season to Taste, will feature a fun neighborhood vibe and a menu created in conjunction with Chef de Cuisine Mark Thompson (formerly of Menotomy Grill), Beverage Director Olivia Rose Vienneau (formerly of Sycamore and Bergamot) and award-winning Pastry Chef Mary Edinger.
Designed to be more approachable (fiscally and culinarily), the menu will include snacks, apps, sandwiches, house-made pastas, and nightly specials in keeping with Season to Taste’s globally-inspired, locally-sourced, in-season philosophy of food. There’ll be daily dessert specials from Edinger as well an extensive beer, wine and cocktail program courtesy of Vienneau.
Starting on Friday, July 17th, Season To Taste will be open for dinner on their cabana-style outdoor patio Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00-9:00pm, with a special late-night menu from 9:00-11:00PM on Friday and Saturday evenings.
