The Lexington at the Picnic Grove

Mark your calendar for Thursday, July 16th and be among the first to check out Will Gilson’s new outdoor dining destination, The Lexington at the Picnic Grove in Cambridge Crossing. Making the most of the warm weather and al fresco dining season, Gilson and his pastry-making right hand man Brian Mercury will be setting up shop with socially distanced tables to accommodate up to 80 guests, beer, wine and a menu of summertime favorites. You can expect burgers, hot dogs and lobster rolls (see a smattering of potential dishes below) as well as some preview dishes from one of Gilson’s three forthcoming projects opening at Cambridge Crossing in Early Fall 2020 (The Lexington, a rooftop bar, Geppetto, an approachable Italian concept, and Café Beatrice, an all-day café). The Lexington at Picnic Grove (219 Jacobs Street, Cambridge, MA 02141) will be open Thursday and Friday from 4:00-8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-8:00pm. Keep an eye out for their reservation link on OpenTable and book yourself a table before summer’s out.
