Brighton’s Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar has put together handy BBQ kits so you can get everything you need (food- and drink-wise) for a fabulous backyard cook-out in one fell swoop. The customizable cook-at-home kits serve four people and cost $100 apiece; each one includes chicken wings (with your choice of sauce), marinated kebabs (with your choice of protein), burgers and family style sides like street corn, pasta salad and cornbread.
