Just in time for the grilling-est of all the holidays, the folks at the Back Bay’s Grill 23 & Bar have beefed up the offerings on their Butcher Shop Menu. Peruse Chef Peter Agostinelli’s expanded selection of take-out and cook-at-home fare; there are ready-to-grill Brandt Beef steaks, pork chops, lamb chops and free range chickens as well as prepared starters like New England clam chowder and salads, and sides by the quart including mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and roasted mushrooms. Pastry chef Valerie Nin has added some sweets to the mix, too – chocolate chip cookies, ice creams and sorbets, and coconut cake (available by the slice or the whole cake with 48 hours notice).
Place your order (don’t forget the beer and wine!) for next day pick-up between now and Saturday by calling 617.542.2255 any time from 12:00 to 6:00pm. They’ll process your payment over the phone and arrange your pick-up sometime between 1:00 and 4:00pm on the day of your choosing.
