Celebrate the Fourth with a special menu from Joanne Chang and her crew at Flour. They’ve put together a festive spread that includes build-your-own lobster rolls (with house-made brioche rolls), red bliss potato salad, clam chowder with smoked bacon and corn ($110 for a party-of-four-sized feast). There’s also a smattering of a la carte red, white and blue-themed sweets if you’d like to show your patriotism through pastry (cupcakes, cake cakes, oreos, cobblers, pies and more). All the goodies are available for pre-order on the Flour website (get your orders in by 8:00pm on Wednesday, July 1st) and for contact-less pick-up at any of the Flour locations on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
