Taking her cues from the changing seasons and spring in New England, chef Erin Miller is changing things up at Urban Hearth. Starting on Friday, June 12th, she and her team will be preparing a whole new a la carte menu full of farm-fresh ingredients – in the most literal sense. The debut menu includes fava beans from Red Fire Farm, broccoli rabe from Drumlin Farm, Armenian cucumbers and asparagus from Kimball Fruit Farm and so much more. Pay particular attention to the Larder and Garden section where they’ve added a limited number of Farm Share Produce Boxes to their tasty array of pantry items like granola, olives and honey. Available on Fridays only, and designed for 1-2 people, the boxes include fresh goodies from their friends in the farming community as well as recipes and tips from the Urban Hearth team.
