Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti is getting an earlier start in the kitchen these days so you can start your Saturday or Sunday with Italian takes on brunch favorites including Bistecca e Uovo – herb-marinated prime short ribs, fried eggs and salsa verde, and Panino con Uovo – customizable breakfast sandwiches with fried egg, cheddar cheese, and your choice of king oyster mushrooms, Terra sausage, or prosciutto cotto. There are sweet options, too if that’s more your thing; go for the ricotta pancakes with fresh berries and smoked maple syrup. The menu – which also has mimosa, bloody mary and bellini kits – is available on Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00am-3:00pm for take-out and delivery via Caviar, Doordash, Grubhub, and UberEats.
