Chef Kyle Ketchum has rolled out a special BBQ Essentials Menu with an a la carte selection of seasonal eats that’ll satisfy your every craving for smoked meats (and then some). There are ribs and steak tips as well as kits for constructing cheeseburgers, hot dogs and lobster rolls. They’ve even got sides covered with baked beans and potato and pasta salads. It’s all available for pick-up at their Financial District spot Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00-9:00pm and Thursday through Saturday from 3:00-10:00pm.
