Chef Brian Miller and his pasta-making team at Somerville’s Fat Hen are getting back into the kitchen so you can enjoy their handiwork at home. Scroll through the inaugural batch of offerings below to see what’s in store and order through the Fan Hen website whenever you’re ready. The menu will be available for curbside, socially-distant pick-up only from Tuesday through Saturday between 4:00 and 8:00pm.
To give you the best, most restaurant-like experience, there are dishes that may require some assembly at home but the Fat Hen team will make sure you’ve got foolproof heating or cooking instructions wherever necessary. And they’ve got a selection of wines-by-the-bottle to accompany your meal to make it feel like you’re sitting in their cozy Somerville dining room (maybe just dim the lights a little and put on some tunes).
