The American Lamb Board is hosting an online contest (now through the end of June) and all you have to do to be in the running to win a $200 gift card to your favorite restaurant (or grocery store) is cook two lamb dishes – one for yourself and one all packed up to give to someone else and post the pics on social tagging @fanoflamb with the #TheLambChallenege hashtag.
