The Hanover Street mainstay is inviting fans and devotees of their jarred Fra Diavolo, Pomodoro, Puttanesca and Vodka sauces to win a spot on the menu by way of a virtual competition. Just drop an email to info@TrescaNorthEnd.com with your dish’s name, ingredients (including the Tresca pasta sauce of your choosing) and the process for making it before May 11th and post the featured sauce and your final product on social media, tagging Tresca.
You’ll be in the running for prizes like a $50 gift card, dinner for two at Tresca’s legendary balcony table or, if you come in first place, your recipe on the menu cooked by chef Rich Ansara, dinner with Ray Bourque, 2 tickets to a Bruins Game and a signed Bourque jersey.
