Pagu’s tireless Tracy Chang, who’s spent the last six weeks feeding healthcare workers and keeping restaurant peoples employed through Off Their Plate, is now going to cook for you. Chang has opened her Mass Ave restaurant for take-out and delivery every day from 12:00-5:00pm. If you are healthy and able to get yourself to Cambridge for contactless pick-up out on their patio, place your order online here. If you’d prefer delivery, order through Caviar. However you order, you can soon be enjoying comforting goodies like Childhood Fried Rice and miso soup in the comfort of home.
Pagu will continue their work with Off Their Plate, a partnership with Commonwealth Kitchen and World Central Kitchen that’s now active in nine cities across the country, including New York, D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, and L.A. Locally, they’ve enlisted help from their friends at Mida, Row 34, Suya Joint, Shojo, China Pearl, Flour, Myers + Chang and Mae’s, among others to keep cooking and feeding folks on the front line.
