Marketing mavens Amanda Lewis and Reagan Byrne have put their industry know-how (and contacts, too) to good use for a good cause with Isolate & Create, a digital cookbook featuring recipes from area chefs and bartenders. They’ve tested and photographed each of the dishes themselves, including goodies from pastry chef Christina Larson of Bar Mezzana and Black Lamb as well as chef Suzi Maitland of Trina’s Starlite Lounge, and will be making their handiwork available later this month.
