The peeps at New City Microcreamery have launched the Scoops for Heroes fund, a sweet way to deliver icy pick-me-ups to local frontline workers. Every $10 donation will help them deliver a pint of their liquid nitrogen-spun ice cream to the folks who are working hard to keep everyone else safe and healthy. It’ll be an on-going effort but they’re hoping to raise $2000 in the first week. Pitch in so an EMT or hospital staff can have a brighter day – seriously, every spoonful helps.
