T&B Pizza, Open for Take-Out & Delivery

Chef Tim Wiechmann is back in the kitchen at Union Square’s T&B Pizza, offering a curated menu for take-out and delivery. From 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday through Saturday, he’ll be firing up his custom, wood-burning oven and churning out Neapolitan pies in varieties like margherita with tomato, mozzarella, Romano and basil, and salami with cured finochiona, banana peppers and mozzarella. There’ll also be Roman al Taglio pizzas (the square, thicker-crusted kind) topped with spinach and mushroom or kielbasa and peppers. There are family-sized packages, as well as a kale salad (so you can get your greens!) and strawberry shortcake (you had your greens, so you can totally have dessert) both portioned for parties of four.
