The pitmaster and the pastry chef are back at it this weekend! The Smoke Shop’s Andy Husbands and Flour’s Joanne Chang are joining forces once again, hosting their fourth BBQ & Pastry To-Go Pop Up back where it all began in Somerville. Scroll through the different packages on the Eventbrite ticket page and reserve your eats and your pick-up timeslot asap (cause they tend to sell out). Then, plan on being at the Assembly Row location of the Smoke Shop at the appointed time on Saturday, April 18th to collect your goodies. This time around, Chang will be making lemon ginger scones and two different types of cookies while Husbands will be featuring smoked chicken, burnt ends, tons of sides and Chris Hart’s World Champion Competition-Style baby back ribs.
