The folks at Medfield’s Nosh & Grog are doing something a little different for the weekend. Instead of selling their super popular family dinner trays, they’re having a pig head taco tray auction to support their team members who aren’t working during the COVID shutdown. Get your bids in before noon on Saturday, April 11th by texting your best offer and your name to 508.359.4100 or by replying to their auction posts on Insta, Facebook or Twitter.
There’ll be two winners, each of whom will get their very own house-smoked pig head taco tray, complete with all the necessary items for DIY, at-home taco assembly (24 taco shells, cotija, crema, slaw, tomatillo Fresno jam, cilantro and limes). Each tray is designed to serve 5-6 but that just means more tacos for you if your quarantine head count is a little lower. If you’re one of the lucky winners, they’ll be in touch to arrange pick-up or delivery.
