St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans

South Boston bars don’t mess around when it comes to St. Patrick’s Day, and Coppersmith is leading the pack with five full days of shenanigans, starting on Friday, March 13th and ending on Tuesday, March 17th. They’ll be pouring the hits at the bar, with Irish Coffee and Car Bombs, Guinness and Jameson, and a special Magner’s Cider event on Friday night. For food, you’ll find Irish-inspired pub grub like corned beef quesadillas and sliders, shephard’s pie meatballs, and Irish pizza (the regular menu will be available too), and every night will feature live music (as well as the occasional step-dancer and bagpiper). The local Irish band Nightside will be playing Saturday and Tuesday, Stu Sinclair will play on Sunday, and local DJs will help you tear it up on Friday and Saturday night. The restaurant is breaking their own rule to open on Monday at 4pm, and the doors unlock at noon on Tuesday so you won’t miss a beat after the parade.
