Eventide Oyster Co.’s Bun of the Month club invites you to try your favorite chef’s buns. Every four weeks or so they invite a different local cooker to invent their own steam bun. March, for example, features Fried Squid Bun with Vietnamese pork, nuoc cham, peanut and green curry mayo from chef Jamie Bissonnette (of Toro, Coppa and Little Donkey) but before that Cassie Piuma of Sarma and Irene Li of Mei Mei were showing off their own creations . And here’s the best part: For every bun sold, Eventide will donate $1 to the charity of the BotM Chef’s choice.
