Boston’s waterfront has a new addition as Woods Hill Pier 4 from owner Kristin Canty and Executive Chef Charlie Foster (yep, they’re the same peeps who run Wood’s Hill Table in Concord) opens in the Seaport. Like the duo’s previous concepts, this latest venture focuses on sourcing organic ingredients in a sustainable way which plays out on the plate through locally-caught seafood, a housemade pasta program and house-cured meats. Organic, biodynamic and natural wines take the spotlight on the beverage side of things along with unfiltered and unpasteurized rotating beers plus small batch, local distillers.
