Let a Food Network CHOPPED champion cook your dinner tonight. Executive Chef Jeffrey Salazar at Parsnip in Cambridge and recent winner of the hit show’s episode “No Meat? No Problem,” will be recreating the three dishes that won him ten grand. Not only have those dishes been approved by celebrity chefs (so you can assume they’re pretty good), but they’re also all meat-free.
