If you’re feeling more like fried chicken than charcuterie, head down the street from the meaty mothership to the Pollo Club, where you’ll find crispy fried chicken and creative cocktails vying for your attention in a vivacious, colorful room adorned with murals from artist Sam Malpass. Grab a seat at the bar, in the lounge, or at one of the high-tops for fried chicken galore, from whole bird dinners to crispy tenders, and sides and snacks ranging from gruyere mac & cheese to minted snap peas.
