Chef Will Gilson is taking over the town with his culinary chops, slowly but surely. The two-time James Beard Award semi-finalist is expanding his presence from beloved and Bon Appetit-recognized Puritan & Company and newly-opened Allston pop-up, Café Beatrice (a tribute to his three-month-old baby girl) to bring three new concepts to Cambridge Crossing, a 43-acre, 4.5 million-square-foot area in East Cambridge.

The triple-themed space will include an all-day café serving baked goods & breakfast sandwiches, a 60-seat full-service restaurant with additional outdoor patio seating offered seasonally and cocktail bar with a rooftop terrace.
