While Lamb Jam Boston might still be four months away, get your fix of this much-loved meat during Restaurant Week (aka Dine Out Boston). Chefs from all your favorite Boston eateries will be serving up quite the selection of lamb dishes from meatballs and carpaccio to burgers and shanks. Check the list below for your tried and true spot, or branch out and try somethin’ new.

Glass House — Lamb Meatballs: salty sea feta and pomegranate molasses BBQ sauce

Lucca Back Bay —  Carpaccio: peppercorn crusted lamb, garlic aioli, focaccia croutons, crotonese cheese and pickled cherry peppers

Menton — Saffron Strozzapreti: salt meadow braised lamb shoulder, caponata and  ricotta salata

Henrietta’s Table — Barbecue Ale Braised Elysian Field Farm’s Pulled Lamb Shank: wilted greens, farro, native beans, crispy nitrite-free smoked bacon
