It’s that time, again — time to peruse the long list of contenders for the 2019 James Beard Foundation awards. See which hometown heroes made the list of semifinalists in national categories like Best New Restaurant, Outstanding Baker and Outstanding Wine Program; there are plenty of familiar names and faces from in and around Boston.
