The Fenway’s forthcoming food and cultural market, scheduled to open later this year, has unveiled its starting line-up and it includes some pretty heavy hitters. Among the fifteen eateries at Time Out Market (there’ll also be a demo kitchen, a retail shop and two bars) will be two Asian concepts from award-winning husband and wife team Nancy and Tim Cushman of o ya and Hojoko. Craigie on Main’s Tony Maws will be bringing his beloved (and often elusive) signature burger across the river for Bostonians to enjoy (it’s usually only available in limited quantities at the bar at his Cambridge restaurant). Michael Schlow of Tico and Alta Strada will be serving simple, honest Italian fare. In addition to all the James Beard-approved talent, Peter Ungar of Tasting Counter, Nina and Raffi Festekjian of anoush’ella and Josh Danoff of Union Square Donuts have signed on to deliver handcrafted new world cuisine, Eastern Mediterranean flavors and artisanal donuts, respectively. Stay tuned for additions to the roster as opening day gets closer.
