Eventide’s Bun of the Month

Eventide is never skipping leg day again, because they’re all about those buns. Chef Ian Maschal has just launched the Bun of the Month series, inviting local chefs to create a special steamed bun that will be featured for $10 all month long. To kick things off, chef Louis DiBiccari of CREATE Cocktail Lounge at Bow Market (and Fort Point’s gone-but-not-forgotten, Tavern Road) whipped up Chef Louis’ Grilled Pork Bun with Buenas pebre sauce and fried shallots.
