Tim Maslow’s brand spanking new South End restaurant rolls out brunch this weekend. Book a table at Whaling in Oklahoma on either Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 11:00am and 2:00pm for specialties like biscuits and curry, honey toast, and the Garbage Plate, which includes potatoes, egg, fried pork fat, garlic, salt, seaweed, trout roe and black truffle.
