Help Bring CREATE to Bow Market

Come fall, chef Louis DiBiccari (formerly of Tavern Road, currently of Humaari at Wink & Nod) will have a permanent home at Bow Market for his concept, CREATE. The festival first popped up six years ago — showcasing collabs between artists, chefs and bartenders — and now the idea is taking shape in its first-ever brick & mortar, transforming into a 20-seat art exhibit and lounge that’ll have craft cocktails on draft and a monthly rotating gallery. Sounds pretty neat! Here’s the thing: DiBiccari needs your help to make it happen. He’s turning to crowdfunding through Indiegogo, calling on family, friends, fans of CREATE and folks in the restaurant industry to put their money where their mouth is. There’ll be perks for making a donation, so if you’re feeling generous, you could score some prizes like a private cocktail making class, a grand opening invitation for two and some pretty snazzy T-shirts. If you want to contribute, you can support his campaign here.
