Pammy’s has a lot to be proud of, and here’s another thing to add to their list: they were nominated as one of Bon Appetit’s Top 50 Best New Restaurants in America. The Cambridge trattoria opened in July 2017 by husband-and-wife team Chris & Pam Willis and soon became a local neighborhood fave (amid national recognition as well, clearly). “I’m overwhelmed by this news,” said chef-owner Chris Willis in a statement. “It has always been a dream of mine to make this list, and it’s totally surreal to be on it. It’s a huge honor for the whole team and everything we’ve put into Pammy’s.” On August 14th, the food magazine will announce which of the 50 contenders ultimately made it onto their Hot 10 list — stay tuned!
