Pammy’s is kicking off summer by opening their doors one hour earlier—at 4:30pm Monday through Saturday—for Aperitivo Hour. Starting on June 21st, the Cambridge hang will be offering an abbreviated menu of crudo, bruschetta, and antipasti in the lounge for mid-day snacking, while the bar team will be doling out fizzy sippers like their All Choked Up (cynar topped with blood orange Campari-soda!) If you’re looking to kick back with a glass pre-pasta, wine director Lauren Hayes has got you covered with daily hand-picked selections of the perfect bottle of bubbly.
