Cast your vote for Bristol’s Sweet Heat, piled high with sweet fresno jam and double smoked bacon aioli on a Hawaiian roll, or Oak Long Bar’s French Connection, which utilizes a combination of wagyu beef, bone marrow bacon, and caramelized onions on a brioche pretzel bun. If truffles are your weakness, you might pitch yours for Pier 6’s Truffle Cheeseburger, but if you’re a fan of the the sweet + savory combo, you might love Tiki Rock’s Polynesian Super Burger, which melds pickled pineapple and soy glaze with an herbed cheese spread and canadian bacon.
