Bar Boulud Introduces New Oyster & Raw Bar

Seafood takes the stage on the French bistro menu at Bar Boulud with the addition of a seven-seat oyster & raw bar to the Back Bay lounge. Bivalves by way of Barnstable, Duxbury, Nantucket Bay and Wareham are the king of the new concept, next to locally-inspired seafood dishes like tuna crudo topped with confit tomatoes, pickled ‘fresno chili’ pepper and pine nuts; peekytoe crab served with jumbo green asparagus, radishes and a house-made egg dressing; and a shareable seafood tower.
