L’Orto, which means “herb garden” in Italian, is the latest rotating concept to Eataly’s La Piazza. The spring pop-up will put its name into action, incorporating fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley and the like) into all of the dishes on the special menu. Find items like Carciofi Fritti (fried artichokes with Pecorino Romano and parsley), Pesce Spada (swordfish with lemon, oregano, and parsley) and Filetto (filet mignon with thyme). And the herbaceous celebration doesn’t stop there — botanical cocktails are available too, and they’re definitely pair-able with any of the meals (ask your sommelier for recommendations).
