BEEF BRISKET
Slow-braised Angus brisket, stewed with carrots, onions, red wine & beef stock. $13.50 per person. Includes brisket, veggies and broth. approx ¾ lb per person.

CHICKEN FRANCESE
All natural Bell & Evans chicken breasts, egg battered and sautéed. Then braised in a lemon chicken broth, finished with capers and artichoke hearts. Great served over our cauliflower mashed potatoes. $18.00 lb / serves 2 people per pound
