Starting on Sunday, March 4th, Executive Chef Max Kiperman is unveiling a different regional menu every two weeks, exploring five unique global cuisines: Provence (March 4th-15th), Creole (March 18th-29th), Bavarian (April 1st-12th), Korean (April 15th-26th) and Tuscan (April 29th-May 10th). Offered throughout dinner service in addition to the regular menu, each specialty prix fixe is available Sundays through Thursdays for $35 per person with an optional wine pairing (for the Bavarian menu, there’ll be a beer pairing).
