Blow your travel budget on good food instead at the Red Lion Inn, where you’ll be able to taste the flavors of the world without going further afield than Western Mass. Starting on Sunday, March 4th, Executive Chef Max Kiperman is unveiling a different regional menu every two weeks, exploring five unique global cuisines: Provence (March 4th-15th), Creole (March 18th-29th), Bavarian (April 1st-12th), Korean (April 15th-26th) and Tuscan (April 29th-May 10th). Offered throughout dinner service in addition to the regular menu, each specialty prix fixe is available Sundays through Thursdays for $35 per person with an optional wine pairing (for the Bavarian menu, there’ll be a beer pairing).
