Catalyst Restaurant launched a new brunch menu (details below) this fall for a more casual, family-friendly experience. Mimosa offerings at the Kendall Square spot include carrot and clarified strawberry and peach juices, along with the citrus standards.
For the kiddos, Bar Manager Curtis Hancock and Sommelier Kelsey McCallan developed tableside Shirley Temples, which is a little pop of nostalgia for chef-owner William Kovel, who has three kids under five himself.
